Experience the joy of traditional winter fun and the magic of nature at Nobel Ice Field!
Rent a high-quality, safe kicksled and enjoy the massive winter activity park frozen over the flooded fields of Sipoo. Kicksledding is fun, stable, and easy for all ages—it requires no prior experience and is a perfect activity for families and groups.
Our rental shop is located right at the entrance of the field in a warm indoor space, where you can comfortably change your gear.
What does the rental include?
The complete equipment package includes everything you need for an enjoyable experience:
A high-quality kicksled
Studded anti-slip soles for your shoes to ensure the best grip on ice
Nobel Ice Field maintenance fee (2-hour access to the track)
Parking at the Joensuun Tila lower parking lot (remember to register your car’s license plate number on the tablet inside the rental shop upon arrival!)

Rental time: 2 hours at the selected time slot.
Weather dependency: Kicksledding is always subject to natural conditions. IConditions (e.g., heavy snowfall or thawing weather) prevent the use of the track. Additional accessories: You can also rent helmets, protective pads, and headlamps for evening kicksledding directly on-site or as separate items.
Arrival instructions:
Address: Joensuun Tila lower parking lot, Joensuunraitti 44, 01150 Sipoo (Söderkulla).
Public transport: Extremely easy to arrive! HSL buses from Itäkeskus, as well as bus 848 from Kamppi and the U-line from Porvoo, stop right next to the park at the bus stop "Si1012 Joensuu". From there, it is only a 500-meter walk to the rental shop.
