❄️ WINTER WONDERLAND – A TRUE WINTER PLAYGROUND NEAR HELSINKI
Winter Wonderland offers a unique way to enjoy winter in the heart of nature. At the centre of the park lies a large natural ice field on a floodplain. The ice field is ideal for skating and kick sledding, using either your own equipment or rental gear. The area is exceptionally safe and easily accessible, making it suitable for a wide range of visitors.

⛸ Entrance fee / Equipment Rental
Our rental shop is conveniently located at the entrance to the ice field. We offer:
High-quality Nordic skates with boots (sizes 27–47) €25/2h
Kick sleds €25/2h
You are also welcome to use your own equipment. In that case, a ice maintenance fee, €10 applies. On weekdays we normally don't plaw the tracks.
When our rental is open, free parking is included in the entrance fee, simply register your license plate on the rental shop tablet.
When staff are not present, the ice field may still be used by paying the admission fee via MobilePay, using the number displayed on the rental hut wall.

Easy to Reach
Getting to Winter Wonderland
We warmly encourage visitors to arrive using public transport, which is easy and convenient.
The bus stop Si1012 Joensuu is located right next to the park.
HSL buses from Itäkeskus run several times per hour
Buses from Kamppi (route 848) and Porvoo (U-line)
Travel time from Helsinki or Porvoo is approximately 30 minutes
